DURHAM -- A woman has been charged in an accident that killed a NC Central student.

Durham police say 25-year-old Natasha Taylor was driving on East Geer Street around 9:30 p.m. Sunday when she crossed the line into oncoming traffic and a hit a car driven by 18-year-old Quillon Rendleman. 

A passenger in Rendlemen's car, 18-year-old Miyah Andrews, of Greenville, was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Andrews was a freshman at NCCU. 

Two other passengers in Rendlemen's car were also taken to the hospital, but they're expected to be okay. 

Taylor was charged with felony death by motor vehicle and driving while impaired. 

She was placed in the Durham County Jail under a $250,000 bond.
