RALEIGH -- Crabtree Valley Mall will see some big changes by next year including several new shops and a new parking deck ramp.
The Triangle Business Journal reports that its owners are finalizing plans for the expansion.
The project will add five or six new retail spaces of about 2,000 square feet. A new parking deck ramp will be near the Sears, adding about 20 more spaces to help ease traffic flow.
Construction is expected to start this week and the exterior work before the holiday season.
