Two men have been arrested and charged with kidnapping in the disappearance of a Siler City teenager that prompted an Amber Alert on Thursday, authorities said Friday.

Ronny Suarez, 23, and the 15-year-old girl were found in Asheboro, and the other suspect, Saul Ramirez Guvara, was found at a hotel in Kinston, the N.C. State Bureau of Investigation said in a news release.

Suarez and Guvara face charges, including first-degree kidnapping, human trafficking of a child victim and solicit child by computer, according to authorities.

The girl was last seen at her home in Siler City at about 8 p.m. Feb. 20 and was reported missing last week, officials said. An Amber Alert was issued just before noon Thursday and canceled that night.

Spectrum News 1 is not naming the teen now that she's been found.

Both suspects are being held awaiting first court appearances, the SBI said.

Also on Friday in a separate but similar incident, two men accused of kidnapping a Harnett County teen after communicating with her online appeared in court. Elihue Martin Mahler, 31, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Austyn Lee Cole, 23, of Kitty Hawk, are charged with first-degree kidnapping, felony conspiracy of kidnapping, felony conspiracy of human trafficking and kidnapping.
