"Every day is a new adventure," Young said. "But I enjoy. I love it.”

The 76-year-old hits the road five days a week in a 2023 Mac truck 32-foot trailer. He said one thing that has been keeping him safe on the road for all these years is keeping a safe mindset.

"I call it a self-achievement," Young said. "You know it's something that I look forward to doing."

There are more than 10,000 UPS Circle of Honor drivers on the road today. Those drivers earned their UPS Circle of Honor badges by driving for more than 25 years without an accident.
