GREENSBORO, N.C. -- The pandemic has caused stress and anxiety for many over the last six months, whether it's about the virus, social distancing, or losing a loved one or job.
To help alleviate those feelings, a non-profit in the Triad introduced a fun and healthy way to relax; yoga with goats.
According to a Census Bureau Study, for every 100 American adults, 34 show symptoms of anxiety, depression or both during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Participants say practicing yoga is a good way to brighten their mood.
"There's a lot of stress right now," says participant Rosemary Kenerly. " I'm looking for anyway to find a little way to get some exercise, and have a little more fun and be outside more, have some fun with the community and I think that's what yoga is really all about."
"Unite Us Yoga is planning on having more classes this season.
