Rockingham County Communities Seeking HGTV Makeover

EDEN, N.C. -- Rockingham County communities are vying for their 15 minutes of fame.

The city of Eden is one of several in the county hoping to win a feature in HGTV’s new series Home Town Makeover
They have some friendly competition. Reidsville, Madison, and Stoneville
The six-episode series is supposed to air on HGTV next year

The city of Eden is one of several in the county hoping to win a feature in HGTV’s new series Home Town Makeover.

The show’s hosts, Rockingham County natives Ben Napier and his wife Erin, will renovate the winning town.

Both made a name for themselves revitalizing historic homes and transforming their residence in the small town of Laurel, Mississippi.

The City of Eden is in the process of making a video to be entered into HGTV’s new series called Home Town Takeover. Eden is creating a three-minute video to submit to the network.

However, they have some friendly competition. Reidsville, Madison, and Stoneville are doing the same.

The six-episode series is supposed to air on HGTV next year.
