ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. -- First responders arrived to a school bus accident in Rockingham County Tuesday when a truck crashed into a bus which, we're told, later went down an embankment and overturned.
Officials say there may been over a dozen people involved in the accident. It all happened at Highway 68 and Sylvania Road.
They say the driver was taken to the hospital.
One mother says her son was also taken to the hospital with bruises.
The scene was cleared around 6 p.m.
