NORTH CAROLINA -- Elon University is building a hotel on its campus, named “Inn at Elon”, and town officials are excited about the impact this new facility will have on both the school and community.
- The hotel will have 80 rooms, a conference center, restaurant, lounge and more
- Interim Town Manager, Robert Morgan, said this new hotel and conference center will bring more visitors to invest or start businesses in Elon
- High Point University is also building a $120 million Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena, Conference Center and Hotel

Interim Town Manager, Robert Morgan, said this new hotel and conference center will bring more visitors to invest or start businesses in Elon, and he said it will bring in more revenue.
“One way it’s going to bring money to the town us besides the sales tax we will receive from the facility as well as other sales at the University. The University will be paying property tax on this property,” said organ.
High Point University is also building a $120 million Nido and Mariana Qubein Arena, Conference Center and Hotel.
This facility will have 30 residential rooms, dining facilities and meeting rooms.
