WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Cooks Flea Market partially reopened Saturday, after being closed for several weekends.

Weeks after a fire caused extensive damage to the building, management were able to partially reopen the market this weekend.

Vendors have missed out on the past two weekends because the market has been closed for investigation and clean-up from the June 5 fire.

Repairs are still in progress, and some venders who rent spaces inthe area of the building that burned are in temporary spots in the main building. Management plans to fully reopen the flea market next weekend.
