Mostly clear skies and pleasant summertime temperatures will remain in place for the Triad tonight.

  • Sunshine expected Sunday
  • Higher humidity levels
  • Hot and humid start for early half of work week

Sunshine is expected for most locations all of Sunday, but temperatures will rebound into the upper 80s.  Furthermore, higher humidity levels will kick in my late in the day.  Now, even though a stray shower or storm will be possible for the foothills and mountains Sunday afternoon most spots will stay dry.

A fairly hot and humid early half of the work week appear likely for the Triad.  Highs should return to the lower 90s on Monday and then remain there into mid-week.  A pop storm or two will be possible, but better coverage of storms looks to hold off until later in the period.
