SAN MARCOS - Texas State University reopened the LBJ Student Center and Jones Dining Hall on Thursday afternoon after it was evacuated for a bomb threat.
The LBJ Student Center was originally evacuated at 2 p.m. after someone threatened the building via text message, according to campus police. Jones was closed an hour later.
Despite the evacuations, the San Marcos campus remained open with classes still being held.
