SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: While it might take a village to raise a child, it takes a group of passionate volunteers to preserve a village's history. And that's just what they're doing at the Black River Canal Museum in Boonville. Melissa Krull shows us how, from handmade exhibits to a full-size replica boat, volunteers are spreading their love for the village and the Black River Canal. The Black River Canal Museum is open weekends through the end of June, and then seven days a week starting the last weekend in June until Labor Day. It's open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
