Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall to start the week has prompted Flash Flood Watches from the Central Plains to the Gulf Coast. Winter Weather advisories are in place for portions of the Rockies.

High Temperatures Today
Much warmer temperatures to start the week across the Upper Midwest with cooler temperatures in the Ohio Valley and Great Lakes as they sit under the influence of an upper-level low pressure center.

Low Temperatures Tonight
Mild temperatures continue to linger in the Southern Plains as well as the Gulf Coast with some cooler air filtering into the Pacific Northwest.
Precipitation Outlook
Rain chances continue across the northeastern U.S. as an upper-level low dominates the forecast. Another upper-low will take shape in the west, driving rain and some snow chances at higher elevations. Heavy rainfall is likely for the southern Plains.
