This second round of snow for much of North Carolina fell Wednesday night through Thursday morning. A heavy, wet snow along with wind has resulted in power outages especially around the Triangle with some outages around the Triad. Southern parts of North Carolina saw more rain or sleet resulting in lower than expected accumulations.
