More than $1 million in FEMA funds will address damage caused by severe flooding in Owego more than two years ago.
Water eroded soil under and near the Dutchtown Road culvert back in August 2018.
The project will not only fix the damage, but also re-design the area to prevent future flooding issues.
There is no word yet on when the work will begin.
