COLUMBUS, Ohio — If you live in the Columbus area, you’ve probably been to the zoo many, many times.

If you want to experience the zoo in a new way, from a new (much smaller) perspective, consider stopping by the Columbus Metropolitan Library.

A Lego display honoring the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium will be on display at the Main Library, located at 96 S. Grant Ave., until Aug. 8, according to a library press release.

The library said the display took months of work from around 40 people with the Ohio LEGO Users Group (OhioLUG).

“Many of the habitats are even based on their real-life counterparts, but with an imaginative LEGO twist,” OhioLUG President Steve Jogan said in the release.

While you’re checking out the display, the library is reminding its customers to sign up for the all-ages Summer Reading Challenge. You can find more information on that here.
