DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — A new destination in the heart of historic downtown Daytona Beach highlights the area’s resurgence.
- The space is called Starry Night Gallery. The owners say the building used to be a speakeasy in the 1800s, and now, it blends Old Florida charm with modern creativity.
- The two-floor gallery has nearly 90 paintings on display. And the owners say they are proud to offer diverse art styles.
- Grace Senior, 84, is one of the artists. “I don’t want sadness!” she said while painting. “I just want people to look at my work and be happy.”
- The space is known as a community hub for artists, and it offers a home for immersive fine art and storytelling.
- Starry Night Gallery has a wine bar, boutique shop and classes for all skill levels. It’s across the street from Daytona Beach’s Riverfront Esplanade. A Starry Night-wrapped Cybertruck is also parked out front.
