NEW YORK - Fire ripped through a large warehouse that broke out early Friday morning in Greenpoint Brooklyn.

Fortunately, the three-alarm fire is now under control. 

More than 100 firefighters and EMS responded to the flames after 2 a.m. on Van Dam Street in Greenpoint. 

Crews had to use chainsaws to gain entry into the building.

It's unclear how the fire started.  

No one was injured.
