WILMINGTON, N.C. -- After closing for nearly four years due to a devastating fire, the YMCA in Wilmington has finally reopened.
A fire closed the Youth and Exercise Facility back in February of 2015.
Since then, the community has been fund raising and, with the help of insurance, managed to raise $10 million.
The new state of the art building has all new fitness equipment, a modern look, and an entire wing dedicated to youth programs.
