CARTERET COUNTY , N.C. -- The National Weather Service says six or seven homes are damaged from a possible tornado.
The severe weather made an unwelcome appearance on Indian Beach in Carteret County.
Indian Beach is a town between Emerald Isle and Pine Knoll Shores.
