Tuesday, we'll see a better chance for afternoon showers and storms compared to Monday. It will continue to be hot and humid.
However, a strong cold front will not only bring more showers and storms Wednesday, but it will also help to usher in some very nice weather for later in the week!
The only downside is that some storms could be strong to severe Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday evening. The main severe weather threats would be gusty winds, heavy rain and dangerous lightning.
Behind the front, high pressure will set us up for lower humidity and cooler temperatures for the end of the week into the weekend.
