If you're one of the millions of fans sad to see the giraffe cam go offline last week at Animal Adventure Park, don't worry: Animal Adventure Park Owner Jordan Patch promises it's not permanent.

The stream will return Tuesday evenings from 4-8 p.m.

Patch said Monday the live stream was never supposed to be a permanent fixture, but it was put in place to document this journey and serve as an educational tool.

The keepers feel they've achieved that goal and for now, it's time to get back to business as usual.

"We have to get back to work. You know we have engaged the world, we've educated them, we've allowed them into our behind-the-scenes areas, but now we have to worry about the park and all the people that are going to be on our doorstep in a few short weeks," Patch said.

Keepers are noting about an inch of growth already for the baby and he's put on about 10 pounds since birth.
