WILMINGTON - A man will be extradited from Philadelphia to Wilmington after being charged with first degree murder.

Police say 18-year-old Zibree Brawlee-Washington shot and killed 45-year-old Johnny Lee Johnson back in September at his home on North 13th Street.

Washington was found in Philadelphia by U.S. Marshalls on October 4.

23-year-old Damian Gore is also awaiting extradition from Georgia after being charged with a separate murder.

Authorities say Gore is charged with first degree murder for the shooting death of 30-year-old Rashaun McKoy.

McKoy was shot and killed in last December on Westchester Road.

Gore is also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and larceny of a motor vehicle.
