WILMINGTON, N.C. -- It's been a decade since a Wilmington mother went missing and still no one has been arrested.

Allison Jackson-Foy and Angela Rothen's bodies were found next to each other in a wooded area near Carolina Beach Road in 2008.

Jackson-Foy, who had two children, went missing two years earlier. No one had seen Rothen since 2007.

Police say the women were likely murdered by a serial killer.

Foy's sister, Lisa Valentino, created a Facebook event in her memory. She's asking everyone take a moment to do one good deed for someone else on the anniversary of her sister's disappearance.

If you have any information on the cold cases, please contact police.
