WILMINGTON - The last of six people charged in the 2012 murder of a Chinese food delivery driver has been sentenced to up to three years behind bars.

Nathaniel Lawrence was sentenced Tuesday.

He pleaded guilty in 2014 to conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Back in 2012 Lawrence, along with several others ordered $48 worth of food, shot delivery driver Zhen Bo Liu to death and took the food back home to eat.

Police said Cornell Haughabook Jr. and Mustafaa Friend shot Liu.

Lawrence, Rasheed Thompson, Manije Martin and Marvin White  watched from an alley and after the shooting Lawrence and white took Liu's cellphone and car keys.

Haughabook is serving a life sentence.

Mustafaa Friend received a sentence of up to 31 years in prison.
