Last year, LA voters passed a series of reforms known as Measure G. The measure nearly doubles the size of the LA County Board of Supervisors from its current five members to nine members.

It also establishes a new position of county CEO by 2028 and creates an ethics commission, a compliance officer, and several other new roles.

Raphe Sonenshein, executive director at the Haynes Foundation, joins “Inside the Issues” to discuss the political impact of Measure G, how it might be implemented over the next few years and who might fill the powerful position.
