Last week, Wynn Resorts withdrew its proposal to build a casino at Hudson Yards.

But the entire plan to redevelop the long vacant rail yards on the west side of Manhattan isn’t dead.

Instead, a deal has been reached to build a hotel on the site and office space, green space and 4,000 new apartments — including 400 affordable units.

On Wednesday, the City Council’s Committee on Land Use voted to approve the rezoning plan. It goes before the full council in two weeks.

City Councilman Erik Bottcher, who represents the Hudson Yards area and other neighborhoods including Chelsea, Hell’s Kitchen, Times Square and the Upper West Sid, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Wednesday to discuss more.

He’s also the co-chair of the council’s Manhattan delegation.
