Dr. David Dorondo spoke with Spectrum News 1 about the war in Ukraine.

Dorondo is an associate professor with the College of Arts and Sciences at Western Carolina University. He also currently works as an historian on a NATO Science and Technology Organization Research Team.

Dorondo talks about that team and the impact of the sanctions imposed on Russia.
