CONCORD, N.C -- A four-year-old Concord girl is finally back home after spending 140 days in the hospital battling cancer.

Isabella Beltran celebrated with nurses and her parents by ringing the victory bell.

All of the nurses who cared for Isabella throughout her time at Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital cheered her on.

The nurses also gifted Isabella with a picture book about her Journey at the hospital.

At three-years-old, Isabella was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor.

Isabella's mother says they lived at the hospital for 140 days but during that time, Isabella earned the nickname "princess warrior."

Although Isabella is back at home, she will still visit the hospital twice a week for routine check-ups.
