NORTH CAROLINA -- New election dates have been set for the 9th Congressional District race.

The State Board of Elections has set May 14 as the primary date and September 10 as the general election date.  If there's a second primary needed, the general election would then be November 5.

The board recently voted to hold the new election after finding evidence of absentee ballot fraud.
