  • The top two are Canberra, Australia and Eindhoven, Netherlands.
  • Not only did Raleigh rank high in the list, but another North Carolina city took the 10th spot: Charlotte.

The rank is based on purchasing power, health care, cost of living, property price to income ratio, traffic commute time, pollution and climate. With all points combined, the City of Oaks has 216.05 points.

Not only did Raleigh rank high on the list, but another North Carolina city took the 10th spot: Charlotte. Charlotte earned 195.85 points.
