WILMINGTON, N.C. – The Cape Fear Rugby Club says they want to find the people responsible for vandalizing their field.

  • Someone spray painted swastikas on a rugby practice field in Wilmington.
  • The team that practices there wants to know who did it.
  • Other symbols, including many "Star of Davids" were also painted on the field.

The club says someone spray-painted swastikas and other symbol on the practice pitch on Chestnut Street in Wilmington.

The vandalism was discovered on Monday.

The group says, while they can appreciate humor, they do not tolerate hate.

They hope anyone with any information on the vandalism will reach out to them.
