CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- We all want to organize our closets and clean our houses, but we might not always have time. Two Charlotte sisters are making it their business to help you de-clutter.

  • Kate Starensier has special needs, but she hasn't let that hold her back from enjoying life, and working in a part-time job.
  • The sister duo started "A Space for Kate", their business to help people de-clutter and organize their homes.
  • Kate and Dana say they want this business to show everyone that people with disabilities can follow their dreams.

Kate Starensier has special needs, but she hasn't let that hold her back from enjoying life, and working in a part-time job.

One of her favorite hobbies is organizing closets and different spaces around the house.

Kate's sister Dana wanted to help her pursue her passion and start her own business. The duo started "A Space for Kate", their business to help people de-clutter and organize their homes.

Kate and Dana say they want this business to show everyone that people with disabilities can follow their dreams.

"God made you for a reason, and even though you have disabilities, you just have different talents, and people just don't know yet," Kate said. "You just have to open that box of talents that you have."

"I want to break down the barrier that special needs is something to be scared of. I want us to realize that it's a mind we need to tap into just like Einstein or anybody else that we'd want to study and learn from," says Dana. "That we need to learn from this beautiful heart that my sister has."
