RALEIGH, N.C. -- Several people are displaced after a fire broke out inside of a high-rise building Friday afternoon.
Upon arrival, flames could be seen shooting out of one window in the Glenwood Towers Housing complex, an affordable housing community at around 2 p.m.
Wake County EMS says six people have been transported with smoke inhalation. One woman declined to be transported to the hospital.
It is unclear how the fire started at this time.
