CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The body of a victim who drowned in Lake Wylie Sunday morning has been recovered.
Police say four people were on a boat at a sand bar, located off 9 Eagles Lane, when 62-year-old Victor Albert Wiggins either jumped or fell into the water.
CMPD Steele Creek, Lake Patrol, Charlotte Fire, The Steele Creek Volunteer Fire Department and the York County Sheriff's Office's Lake Unit are all investigating.
