Officers say they have made two arrests in connection with the 21-year-old's death. Police arrested Richard Jordan then arrested Ashley Helms of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
They are both facing charges of kidnapping and murder.
"Unfortunately, this was not the outcome we were hoping for. We did receive info yesterday from the community that led us to 9300 block of dixie road where we located Ms. Fraley's body," CMPD Capt. Chris Dozier said.
Police say Fraley and Jordan knew each other. Jordan does have a criminal record involving a homicide charge more than 10 years ago.
Police would not elaborate on details of how Fraley died, but said she had likely been killed a short time after she was reported missing.
