SAN ANTONIO — A man was found at the bottom of a pool at an L.A. Fitness on San Antonio's North Side, police said.

According to police, a woman who was swimming spotted the man and pulled him to the surface around 9:50 a.m., and a bystander initiated CPR while waiting for authorities to arrive.

The gym is located on the 1300 block of North Loop 1604. 

The man, in his 60s, was transported to the hospital and his condition is currently unknown.
