SAN ANTONIO — A Southwest Bexar County man is facing child sex abuse charges after a girl was caught looking pornography on a school iPad.
According to an arrest affidavit, when questioned, the girl said she did this in order to learn more about what he does to her "all the time at night."
The 9 year old told a teacher at San Antonio’s Elm Creek Elementary School that Anthony Garay sexually abused her. She also said that he had done the same thing to her sister.
The teacher called Child Protective Services, who interviewed the child. After the interview, police arrested Garay, 31.
Garay has been investigated in the past by CPS, but never charged.
He is listed as a relative on the arrest affidavit.
He’s been charged with first-degree felony for continuous sexual abuse of a child and being held on $75,000 bond in the Bexar County Jail.
