ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. -- Roads in rural areas like Rowan County are still very icy.
While the Rowan-Salisbury School System has already cancelled school until Wednesday, the Superintendent, Dr. Lynn Moody, is hoping she has found a way to keep them learning while they're away from the classroom.
