A UAlbany student says she woke up to find a man she didn't know touching her, and now police are investigating.
University police say a student living on Alumni Quad reported she woke up around 3 a.m. Wednesday, when she felt a hand moving up her leg.
She said she saw a man she didn't know sitting on the floor by her bed. After she sat up and yelled, she said the man ran from the room.
Anyone who has information should call university police.
