NATIONAL - A camera lens that was once on the moon sold for a price that's out of this world.
The lens was used by Astronaut David Scott during the Apollo 15 moon mission in 1971. It sold for more than $450,000.
Scott says the lens was an important part of the camera used in America’s four lunar missions.
Several other space items were sold at the same auction, including a Neil Armstrong photo showing his giant leap for mankind back in 1969.
