B&H Photo and Video is being sued by the U.S. Labor Department over claims of discrimination at its Brooklyn warehouse.

The lawsuit says B&H "systematically discriminated against Hispanic employees and female, black and Asian job seekers."

It claims Hispanic workers were subjected to racist and degrading remarks, and were paid at a lower rate than comparable white workers.

B&H is also accused of not providing changing facilities for female employees.

A spokesman for B&H says the company cannot comment on unresolved legal matters.
