CHARLOTTE-A suspected murderer is in custody following a SWAT situation in Northwest Charlotte.
The man had an outstanding warrant for a murder in Halifax County.
Charlotte Mecklenburg police say they received an anonymous tip from a neighbor early Tuesday morning and arrested him after the swat team entered a home on Pointer Ridge Drive.
