MOORESVILLE, N.C. -- Mooresville police need help finding a missing teen.
Police say Jasmine Brown, 16, went missing last Sunday.
She has braces and several tattoos, including a skull on her right leg and one of a heart with musical notes on her back.
Police say Brown was last seen with a man with dreadlocks almost down to his waistline.
