The Carolina weather allows Childress Vineyards to grow all types of wines to go with all types of food.
Serving upscale gourmet dishes and more familiar lunch fare, The Bistro’s menu invites guests to use their meal as a chance to explore the Childress wines.
“We really have a first class restaurant here where people can come and get a tremendous culinary experience and they don’t have to go all the way out to Napa to get it,” Childress Vineyards winemaker Mark Friszolowski said.
