CHARLOTTE -- In the heart of Historic South End is the new restaurant and cocktail lounge, Zeppelin. 

Locally-owned with an unforgettable name and historic feel, its owners wanted to standout it Charlotte’s booming restaurant industry.

Zeppelin is a modern twist with a little bit of Charlotte history. Their research has Thomas Editon here at one point trying to separate gold from dirt.

The menu offers a wide range of food, including bread they make in house. Local artists also have helped create their tabletops and the mural on their wall.

With new age techniques, the owners hope this is just their beginning of a bright future in Charlotte.
