KINGSTON, N.Y. -- Police in Kingston arrested a man they say is responsible for a fatal hit and run last month.
Police say Khalil Waheed struck and dragged 23-year-old Ashlee Crescione with his car and then drove away on September 20th.
Officers found her on Bruyn Avenue between Elmendorf and Downs streets with serious head injuries, she later died.
Waheed is facing manslaughter charges.
