New York's puppetry festival, Puppetopia, is back at the HERE Arts Center.

For their fourth year, the festival is introducing several new shows, including The Harlem Doll Palace, Rhynoceron and Variations On the Water.

The festival begins on May 19 and runs through June 1.

Anchor Stephanie Simon sat down with Basil Twist, an award-winning puppeteer and co-curator of Puppetopia, to discuss the event.
