ST. LOUIS—More than a dozen protests were held across Missouri on Saturday, as part of what activists call the national “Hands Off!” protest.
Thousands lined the streets of Brentwood, Arnold, St. Charles and surrounding areas to protest the policies and actions of the Trump administration.

- The Human Rights Campaign, the AFL-CIO workers union, Planned Parenthood and other led a nationwide mobilization against the Trump administration’s policies on Saturday
- In a statement, organizers said the mass demonstrations are intended to show “we do not consent to the destruction of our government and our economy for the benefit of Trump and his billionaire allies”
- Since Trump took office, the U.S. DOGE Service run by special government employee, presidential adviser and billionaire Elon Musk has orchestrated mass layoffs at federal agencies and accessed multiple government data systems in the name of rooting out fraud, waste and abuse.
“Today’s protest is about so many different things,” said Tom Pallozola, Brentwood protester. “Things like treating the veterans properly, the Social Security debacle… They are slashing things arbitrarily and slashing without any view of where that's going to actually lead.”
On Saturday, more than 1,000 Hands Off! rallies took place in all 50 states.
