ST. LOUIS — Calling all Lego fans. A Lego inspired burger pop-up joint is coming to St. Louis in September for a limited time.
Brick Burger will be open from Sept. 16 through Sept. 17 where “guests can indulge in the ultimate burger adventure at our immersive and whimsical pop-up,” located on Samuel Shepard Drive, according to a press release.
“With a unique twist on a timeless classic, Brick Burger brings together the beloved world of LEGO® and the mouth-watering flavours of gourmet burgers, offering an unparalleled dining experience for families and burger enthusiasts alike,” the press release states.
Along with Lego-themed furniture, food, and colorful brick walls, guests can create their own brick designs at the brick building station.
“For families with young children, Brick Burger is the perfect destination for a day out. Our kid-friendly environment and menu options make it easy to keep the little ones entertained and satisfied,” the press release states.
In addition to “an enticing selection of mouthwatering and inventive” burgers, the innovative restaurant also will offer crispy chicken filets and veggie options.
“At Brick Burger, we believe that food should be fun, and we've created a dining experience that truly reflects that,” the press release states. “So come on down and let your inner child run wild as you build the burger of your dreams, surrounded by the colourful and creative world of bricks.”
Brick Burger is looking to launch in 28 other cities across the U.S., Canada and Australia, according to Shelley Allen with Hidden Media Network.
